Parenting During COVID-19 Support Group (Moms4Moms)
You might be struggling with the ripple effects of social isolation, or missing the usual support from extended friends and family. You might have a new baby in the NICU and are feeling unsupported. We are here to help. Come join this group of moms for support on the journey through motherhood during COVID-19.
LGBTQ Pregnancy & Parenting Support Group
We welcome you to gather alongside other local LGBTQ individuals and families who are navigating their pregnancy and parenthood journeys in this support group. You will meet others in the community and have space to share and learn from others’ experiences, successes, milestones, questions, worries, and words of wisdom. This community support group is facilitated by an experienced childbirth educator and labor and delivery Registered Nurse (RN). Partners, support persons, and babies are welcome!
What to Expect When You’re Not the One Expecting
You might not be the one expecting, but as a partner you play a key role in supporting mom throughout pregnancy, delivery and back at home. This is a group for dads and partners to connect and learn the latest evidence based research for excellence in new baby care. You’ll connect with other partners on the challenges of parenting during COVID-19, discuss the challenges of working from home with baby, how to help with breastfeeding, and how to support mom if she is experiencing postpartum depression.
Postpartum Support Group
If you are feeling anxious, angry, irritable or sad after your baby is born, talk to other women who are experiencing a similar situation and get help if you have postpartum depression. The group is for moms only.
