VHC Health’s Melanie Reza, Associate General Counsel, Selected for Prestigious LEAD Class of 2026
Arlington, VA (July 18, 2025) – VHC Health, a community-based health system providing medical services to the Washington, DC metropolitan area, is proud to announce that Melanie Reza, Associate General Counsel at VHC Health, has been selected as a member of the highly esteemed Leadership Center of Arlington’s Lead Class of 2026. This recognition places Melanie among a select group of influential leaders from the business, government and nonprofit sectors across the region.
The Lead Class of 2026 will officially begin on Thursday, September 25, 2025, and brings together a cross-sector cohort of established leaders who are committed to making a meaningful change in Arlington and the surrounding region. Through a comprehensive curriculum, the program fosters deep connections, promotes civic engagement and builds the leadership capacity needed to tackle local and regional challenges.
