VHC's Dr. Jennifer Primeggia Appears on Fox5 DC to Discuss the Delta Variant 

With the Delta variant becoming a more serious threat, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently revised its guidance on wearing masks. The highly contagious Delta variant is expected to become the dominant strain in Virginia, now making up 80% of the cases in the country, with cases are expected to rise at end of the summer. Dr. Jennifer Primeggia, Infectious Disease Physician at Virginia Hospital Center recently spoke to Fox5 DC about the spreading variant.
