What is Menopause?
Menopause happens after your final menstrual period. You're post-menopausal when you've gone 12 months without a period. The average age for menopause is 51.
Perimenopause is the time before menopause. During this time, your periods may become irregular, and symptoms may start because hormone levels are changing.
Personal Care
Menopause isn't only about hot flashes and night sweats. Some women also have vaginal dryness, pain during sex, or frequent urinary tract infections. These symptoms are part of a condition called genitourinary syndrome.
Be open and honest with us about your concerns. Our certified menopause practitioners will carefully review your symptoms, medical history, and family history. Then, they'll create a treatment plan to help you start feeling better.
