What’s a Hematologist?

A hematologist is a doctor with advanced skills to diagnose and treat conditions that affect:

  • Blood cells, including red and white blood cells and platelets
  • Lymphatic system, including lymph nodes, spleen, and thymus
  • Parts of the body that make blood cells, such as the bone marrow

Outpatient Infusion Center
