What to Expect

Our team takes time to get to know you and your goals. At your first visit, you’ll have a one‑on‑one evaluation so we can build a program that fits your needs.

Outpatient Program

Rehabilitation takes place on an outpatient basis. You come to the facility for your sessions and go home afterward.

Your Rehabilitation Plan

Your personal rehab plan may include:

  • Supervised exercise sessions
  • Education about your condition, fitness, nutrition, and healthy habits
  • Support from other patients
  • Referrals to specialists, such as dietitians or diabetes educators

Exercise Sessions

The number and length of your sessions depend on your health and medical history. Sessions are available five days a week.

Late Cancellation & No-Show

To help us stay on schedule and serve as many patients as possible, give us advance notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 business hours’ notice or don’t show up, we may charge a $50 fee.

Your Rehabilitation Team

You’ll work with a team that supports you every step of the way. All sessions include supervision from nurses and exercise physiologists. You'll get experienced care because our program was one of the area's first of its kind 20 years ago.
