Our mission is to address the individual’s holistic needs in relation to substance use, alcohol, pain, trauma, life transitions, and mental health issues through partnering with the family/support system during the treatment process. Our goal is to inspire hope, wellness, and recovery.
INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM
Day: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (11:00 am to 2:00 pm)
Evening: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (5:30 to 8:30 pm)
Our IOP Substance Use Disorder schedule consists of 3 three-hour sessions per week that are task-oriented and educationally based.
Patients work closely within the group dynamic to put learning into action and support the recovery process. They must attend three AA/NA meetings a week and abstain from all alcohol and/or drugs. This program is offered during the day and evenings.
CONTINUING CARE (CC)
Day: Tuesday(s) 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Evening: Thursday(s) 5:00 to 7:00 pm
Our Continuing Care sessions are 12 weeks in length and meet once a week for two hours. Patients follow a structured syllabus that educates them about relapse prevention and recovery skills. We emphasize sober living skills that teach patients how to achieve a quality of life necessary to maintain long-term sobriety.
