The Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at VHC Health provides structured, intensive group counseling for youth ages 13-17. Our programs offer personalized care to address substance use disorder and mental health recovery needs using evidence-based practice in a welcoming and patient-centered space on the main campus of VHC Health.

To begin the intake process for an adolescent, please provide some preliminary details through our Adolescent Intake Form so we can coordinate your first visit.

Services Provided
- Psychiatric evaluation and medication monitoring
- IOP group counseling twice per week for six weeks
- Individual counseling for members of IOP
- Family meetings and education
- Risk assessment, safety planning, and monitoring.

IOP Schedule
Monday and Wednesday; 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.
IOP consists of two three-hour group sessions per week for six weeks. Each session includes an educational topic, therapeutic processing, and structured assignments tailored to assist recovery.
