VHCconnect, powered by EpicCare Link, is a secure, web-based portal that bridges care between VHC Health and community practices. It’s designed to give you real-time access to the clinical information you need to support your patients through every stage of their care.

By connecting providers across settings, VHCconnect helps deliver consistent, high-quality care that puts the patient first.

What You Can Access

VHCconnect offers a comprehensive view of your patient’s activity within the VHC Health system, including:

• Complete patient charts
  Notes, orders, test results, medications, allergies and more
• Encounter history
  Inpatient and outpatient visits, consults, discharge summaries and procedure reports
• Diagnostic results
  Lab reports, imaging results, and PACS images
• Referral and consult updates
  See consult notes after referrals are completed
• Insurance and coverage details
  Verify patient coverage and billing status
• Surgeons only
  o View daily procedural schedules at VHC Health
  o Submit electronic case requests and pre-op screening forms through documentation upload

• Practice name and mailing address
• Primary contact name, email and phone

After a brief demo and agreement, your practice can assign a site administrator and begin adding users. Our team will support you every step of the way.
