With a single call, referring providers are connected to a highly trained coordination team that works behind the scenes to handle every detail—so your focus can remain on your patient.

The OneCall service is staffed by a team of experienced nurses, clinical coordinators and communication specialists who understand the urgency and complexity of patient transfers. They act as a central point of contact—managing logistics, expediting approvals and keeping referring providers informed throughout the process.

Whether you are seeking a consult, a direct admission, or a critical care transfer, OneCall provides:

  • Physician-to-physician consultations for:
    • Trauma transfers
    • Cardiovascular and thoracic surgery
    • Neurosurgery
    • Advanced Endoscopy
    • Other tertiary referrals
  • Patient transport (ACLS and BLS available)
  • Bed assignments with appropriate site offices
  • Seamless nursing handoffs and clinical report transfers
  • Ongoing communication with the referring provider
  • Any additional transfer coordination as needed
