Victoria Kostour, MS, CGC, is a genetic counselor with the VHC Health Charlotte S. Benjamin Center for Women's Health.

Victoria received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut and earned her Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh. Victoria is board-certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling and licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a genetic counselor. Victoria joined VHC Health in 2024 and sees patients at Maternal Fetal Medicine. She supports patients for prenatal and preconception indications, including genetic screening and diagnostic testing options for high-risk pregnancies, personal or family history of genetic conditions, positive genetic testing results, abnormal ultrasounds, and recurrent pregnancy loss.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys crafting, scrapbooking, thrifting, and exploring unique events/festivals in the D.C. area.
