A New Jersey native, she earned her BA in Psychology and Master's in Social Work from Rutgers University in 2016. She has nine years of clinical experience working in hospital-based outpatient, behavioral health inpatient, and private practice settings as a Mental Health Therapist for individuals and families. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that considers each patient's emotional, physical, and social well-being.
Prima specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help patients build practical skills, connect with their values, and move toward meaningful, goal-oriented change. She is dedicated to being a safe space for patients when support is needed.
Outside of her work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
