Kimberley Moses, MSN, FNP-BC

Kim Moses, MSN, FNP-BC, is a certified family nurse practitioner who earned her  Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain School of Nursing in 2020. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Charleston Southern University in 2002 and gained extensive experience as a travel registered nurse before moving to Northern Virginia.

Kim joins the Care Coordination team at VHC Health with a broad range of experience in surgical care, women's health, cardiac care, orthopedics and rehabilitation. She is an active member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners and is passionate about whole-body wellness and preventative care.

Kim is a seasoned registered nurse with a strong background in nursing management, medical-surgical care, and the nursing process. Her expertise and dedication to family practice nursing contribute to her holistic approach to patient care.

In her spare time, Kim enjoys promoting health and wellness within her community and exploring new ways to enhance preventative care practices.
