Katherine Watson, MSN, FNP, is an experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in obstetrics and gynecology with a focus on common and complex gynecologic conditions. She is part of our Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) care team in partnership with Dr. Elizabeth Brunn.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Wake Forest University, completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, and later earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from The Catholic University of America, where she was recognized for academic excellence.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Katherine worked as a labor and delivery nurse caring for triage, antepartum, intrapartum, and postoperative patients, including those with high-risk obstetric conditions.
Currently, Katherine provides comprehensive, evidence-based care for patients across their lifespan. She provides a broad range of in-office procedures and evaluates and manages conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, and adenomyosis. She collaborates with the minimally invasive gynecologic surgery team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
