I asked if alcohol was contraindicated with the medication my provider was prescribing. It was confusing because she wouldn't answer directly. Just told me I shouldn't drink, period. I drink 1-2 alcoholic drinks per week (if that) and told her I had my 15 year wedding anniversary coming up over the weekend so I just wanted to know if alcohol was contraindicated with the new Rx. She was cagey and indirect. Not helpful and I felt unfairly judged.

I didn't feel she helped me organize the CT scan the Urgent Care told me to let her know. [...]

I felt rushed, that I was asking too many questions and that threw Nurse Lee off schedule. When I asked about a specific treatment, I was told, "well, that's up to you." I appreciate having a say in my treatment, but I am looking for professional guidance.
