Jessica Saha, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with VHC Health Primary Care - Arlington.

A Virginia native, Dr. Saha was born in Charlottesville and raised in Williamsburg. She studied Economics and Art History at the University of Virginia before settling in Arlington, which she has called home ever since. Taking a nontraditional path to medicine, Dr. Saha began her career at a law firm in Washington, D.C., before realizing her interests and strengths were better suited to a profession centered on healing and human connection.

Dr. Saha began her journey in medicine by working as a certified nursing assistant and later as a medical assistant at a local OB/GYN practice, while taking science classes at Northern Virginia Community College. Dr. Saha went on to pursue a Master of Science in Biochemistry at George Mason University, followed by a medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, where she was honored with the Ambulatory Care Award for outstanding performance in the outpatient setting.

Dr. Saha is passionate about connecting with patients to promote care for the whole individual, including physical, emotional, and social aspects of health. She emphasizes healthy living and preventive medicine to help avoid and reduce the burden of chronic conditions such as obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, and cardiovascular disease.  

In her free time, Dr. Saha enjoys spending time with her family, camping, yoga, art, trying new restaurants, and cooking.
