Jessica Barrett, PA-C

Jessica Barrett, PA-C received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a minor in Spanish from the University of Maryland. Throughout college and following graduation, she volunteered as an EMT/firefighter and worked as an emergency department technician and medical scribe. She attended Wake Forest University’s Emerging Leaders Program, a unique sequential degree program designed to develop entrepreneurial leaders capable of navigating complex health systems, effecting change and advancing the PA profession. Through this program, she completed a Master of Science in Management at the Wake Forest School of Business followed by a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Wake Forest School of Medicine.

Jessica worked as an Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant for two years prior to joining the trauma team at VHC Health in 2022. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, nationally board-certified and licensed in Maryland, DC and Virginia. Jessica was born and raised in Potomac, MD.
