Dr. Charles B. Toner is a graduate of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and retired from the U.S. Navy after 29 years of service. He last served as Chairman of Dermatology and Chief of Mohs Surgery at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda and as Dermatology Consultant to the U.S. Congress. He has completed a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery at the Skin Cancer Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
