After earning her BA with distinction from Cornell University, Dr. Caine earned her medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1994 and has been practicing medicine for over 15 years. Upon completion of her residency in Internal Medicine at Georgetown University, she joined the practice of Maryland Healthcare Associates, where she was a partner.

In 2009, she moved her practice to McLean, VA. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Caine has a particular interest in preventive care and cancer screening.

I have seen Dr. CAINE, for many years. So when, my husband and I moved several counties away, I did consider changing medical practices. After three new physicians and practices, both my husband and I agree that my experience and care with Dr. CAINE IS BEST because she does explain my options, medications and allows me time to adjust. Continue to recommend her to all, friends and family.

Dr. Caine has been my primary care doctor for many years. She is excellent. And I appreciate that she has access to medical information from all of my providers, as we were able to spend time during my annual physical going through the different health issues for which I've sought care over the past year.
