Provider is nice but I did wait a while in the exam room before being seen. I also feel that her post visit notes need work. While I understand she might have been wanting to record my words, I also think there was a specific point where I said "tubes" and that was recorded rather than the correct medical term, which could have been more helpful for future reference than my filler text for a part of the anatomy I am not familiar with.

Dr Abdul will be my PCP following Dr Remy leaving the practice. Dr. Abdul was very thoughtful in the way she took the time to explain my condition. Her medical knowledge and thoroughness is apparent as she ordered some tests to rule out any conditions. Dr Abdul possesses a warmth and professionalism in managing her patients.

Not friendly, rushed through the process, felt like I was talking to a machine rather than a human being, no compassion. Follow up email after test results was simple, didn't understand what I have to do more or what results are OK

I was very nervous about finding a primary care doctor that I felt comfortable with. She explained everything thoroughly, offered suggestions for finding additional support before just jumping into medication or other solutions. I felt listened to and supported and put at ease over things that aren't a big deal

This was my first visit with Dr. Abdul as my new primary care physician. It's hard to know when selecting a new pcp how well that doctor will meet your needs, but I was very pleased to meet Dr. Abdul and think she was a good choice.

I thought she was great. Explained why I was there (wanted to establish primary care doctor) she gave me a quick plan to get a baseline, some tests etc. It was a good actual conversation.
