Alison Vasquez, FNP-BC specializes in gastroenterology with VHC Health Physicians.
Alison started her nursing career in 2014 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio. She has a broad range of nursing experience from working in the emergency department in Las Vegas, NV followed by adult medical-surgical nursing serving the veteran population with the VA of Southern Nevada and then to adult medical ICU in Newport News, VA. In 2019 she moved to the Northern Virginia area and joined VHC Health Physicians as an RN in GI procedures where she stayed and concurrently completed her Master of Science in Nursing from George Mason University in May of 2023.
She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners, and American College of Gastroenterology.
Alison was born and raised in northern Montana but has enjoyed settling down in Northern Virginia. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, two children, and dog, Indigo, as well as listening to live music and theater.
