Alice Greenwood is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career in Pittsburgh after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2009. She worked for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in internal medicine and oncology while working on her Nurse Practitioner degree. She graduated from Carlow University’s Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2015 with a Master of Science in Nursing.

She grew up in Arlington, Virginia and moved back to the area in 2015 to join the Virginia Hospital Center Physician Group.

She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners. Clinical areas of interest include health promotion and preventive medicine. As a provider, she seeks to emphasize patient education, patient empowerment, and compassionate care.
