Laura Bucher is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career as a Registered Nurse in 2007 and then went on to earn a Master of Science from Georgetown University, graduating in 2019.Laura joins the primary care team in Falls Church with years of experience in direct patient care. Before earning her master’s degree, Laura worked as a registered nurse and amassed experience in various clinical settings including surgery, obstetrics, and newborn nursery. Following completion of her master’s degree, she joined National Spine and Pain where she cared for those with acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions.As a nurse practitioner, Laura is committed to providing compassionate care and has clinical interest in women’s health, pediatrics, and under- served populations. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing.
