Foster balance, strength & concentration. Class follows the 37-form Yang style. 

Class meets on Mondays, 4:10 - 5:10 PM.  10-week session is $120.

*If class is underway, please call 703.558.6740 to join the class in progress at a pro-rated fee. *Must join Tai Chi by the 3rd class of the session.
