Foster balance, strength & concentration. Class follows the 37-form Yang style. Intermediate class will cover the 2nd and 3rd portions of the form.

Class meets on Mondays, 5:15 - 6:15 PM. 10-week session is $120.
*If class is underway, please call 703.558.6740 to join the class in progress at a pro-rated fee. Unless you have taken Tai Chi in the past, you must join by the 3rd class of the session.
