Week 1 - 2/25: Nutrition for Optimal Fueling
Led by Lisa Muras, Registered Dietitian with VHC Health. This session will focus on how to nourish your body effectively while on GLP-1 therapy. Learn practical tips for balanced meals, portion control, reducing side effects, and maintaining essential nutrients.
Week 2 - 3/4: Fitness & Strength Training
Led by Cathy Turner, Director of Health Promotion and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Discover how to create a sustainable fitness routine that supports strength, mobility, and overall health. This session will guide you through exercises and strategies to build confidence and consistency. *Each participant will receive an exercise band and resource packet.
