Description

This class is for expecting women to practice yoga poses and focused breathing exercises to cultivate calm and confidence for labor and childbirth.

Classroom 1 is in the Zone C building, on the Lobby level. Park in the Zone C (GREEN) lot. Exit the lot & take the crosswalk across to the Zone C building. Enter at the Ground floor of Zone C Walk straight down the hallway, turning right until you reach the elevators Come up one floor to the LOBBY level Walk into the Zone C Lobby, behind the Information Desk and follow hallway & signs to Classroom 1.
