This class provides parents with the knowledge to help navigate the baby's first year. Our childbirth educator speaks to parenting, safety, communication and sleep. This class builds on the content from Infant Skills and includes an introduction to solid foods, sleep, and infant safety. This class is ideally scheduled when babies are around one month of age, or several weeks after birth, to allow families time to establish routines and adjust to early newborn care.
Fee: $60.00 per registration (includes the pregnant or postpartum person and one support person)
