VHC Pelvic Floor therapist will provide education and exercises to improve pelvic floor muscles.
Class will include functional exercises to train the pelvic floor for strength, endurance, coordination and relaxation in men and women.
Open to all ages. Please note that this class is NOT focused on prenatal or postnatal pelvic floor issues.
