Class is led by Pam Frazier.  Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with Zoom details.  

Fees & Payment

$98 - 7 week session meets every Monday & Friday. 

Description

The workout strengthens muscles, improves cardiovascular fitness, increases muscle power, & enhances overall physical function while seated on a sturdy chair.  You will need a hand towel. Using light weights is optional.

This class meets on Mondays & Fridays, 10:30 - 11:30 AM.
