For older adults looking to take fitness to the next level.

Led by SuRae Stewart. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation.  Details will be emailed prior to class.  

Fees & Payment

$55 for a 6-week session. 

Description

Take your fitness to another level with this challenging, results oriented class. Participants will use weights, various equipment and do floor work. 

*If class is underway, please call 703.558.6740 to join the class in progress at a pro-rated fee.
