Gently rebuild strength as you bond with your baby. Class is for caregivers and babies (aged approximately 6-weeks to almost crawling).

This is a hybrid class. Upon registration, you will receive and email confirmation with Zoom details AND in-person details for the meeting space at VHC Health.

7-week session $85

Description

Yoga for mom incorporates baby into each posture. Babies should be approximately 6-weeks to almost crawling. 

*If class is underway, please call 703.558.6740 to join the class in progress at a pro-rated fee.
