A year-long class focused on healthy eating, increased physical activity and weight management to lower the risk of Type 2 Diabetes.
This is an on-going program (30 sessions total) for individuals with Prediabetes, a history of Gestational Diabetes, or at high risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes. The classes focus on making sustainable changes to help lower the risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes. Classes meet weekly for the first 3 months, then biweekly for the remainder of the year.
Please note: you cannot have a previous diagnosis of Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes for this program.

All sessions will be held in-person on Tuesdays from 12:30-1:30 pm.
We will have a free informational session ("Session Zero") on Tuesday, 2/3/26 at 12:30 PM in VHC Outpatient Pavilion Garden Level Conference Room. This is an opportunity to learn more about the program before registering.
