Attendees will get easy, practical tips for building healthy habits that lower the risk of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and other chronic conditions. The Nutrition Conference will include a light breakfast, lunch, and fun giveaways. Participants can also receive free health screenings, such as body composition, body fat analysis, and blood pressure checks. The event will feature a live cooking demo and a fitness demonstration to encourage healthier living.

Speaker Highlights

Marissa Shams-White, PhD Senior Principal Scientist at the American Cancer Society. She will present a science‑backed guide to eating, moving, and cancer prevention, translating the latest research into practical steps for healthier living.

Safa Osman, MD Dual board‑certified in Internal and Obesity Medicine. She will break down the pros and cons of GLP‑1 medications, offering clear, clinical insights for real‑world decision‑making.

RD and RN continuing education units (CEUs) are currently pending approval.
