Enjoy free health screenings (for ages 18+), access valuable VHC Health resources and engage with our experts to learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Screenings will include an A1C diabetes screening, vision, blood pressure, grip strength, posture assessments and more.
Experts will include staff from the VHC Health Physician's Group (General Practitioners, Women's Health, GI, Colorectal Surgery, Surgical Specialists, and Cardiology), as well as Diabetes Education & Nutrition, Joint Replacement, Physical Medicine & Rehab, Senior Health, Stroke Education, the VHC Foundation & more.
