Led by SuRae Stewart. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation.  Details will be emailed prior to class.  
*Class will skip Thanksgiving (11/27).

Fees & Payment

$55 for a 6-week session. 

Description

Improve balance, mobility, and stability by learning how to move your body in a healthy and safe way. Exercises focus on improving lower body and core strength, reinforce body awareness, and help reduce your risk of injury. Appropriate for all ages and abilities.  

*If class is underway, please call 703.558.6740 to join the class in progress at a pro-rated fee.
