The Value of Acupressure in Cancer Care (Thurs., December 11, 5:30-6:30pm)

This virtual class will teach participants how to utilize acupressure as a self-care technique during and after cancer treatments. It can be used to manage side effects of treatment such as nausea, fatigue, stress/anxiety and pain.
